Payment information

When you donate, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

Beneficiary information

In the course of our programs we may collect information about the widows, children and communities we serve. Such information is gathered with appropriate consent and safeguarding measures, used only to deliver and evaluate our programs, and is not collected through this website.

All online donations are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Payment information is transmitted using encryption (SSL/TLS) directly to Stripe. JOMAR Foundation does not store your card details. Your use of the donation function is also subject to Stripe's own privacy policy and terms.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain donation and financial records, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
