JOMAR Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering widows and uplifting the girl child through education, healthcare, mentorship, skills acquisition, economic empowerment and community outreach across Africa and beyond. If you choose a recurring (monthly) donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by contacting us at contact@jomarfoundation.com. Unless stated otherwise, donation amounts are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or other fees.

5. Refund Policy

Because donations are charitable gifts, they are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur. If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or a duplicate transaction), please contact us at contact@jomarfoundation.com within 14 days of the transaction. We will review each request in good faith, and any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Donors are responsible for any tax consequences arising from a refunded donation.

6. Tax Deductibility

Where JOMAR Foundation holds tax-exempt or registered charitable status, your donation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will provide a written acknowledgment or receipt for your donation. Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and jurisdiction, and nothing on this website constitutes tax advice. 7. Volunteering and Registrations

When you register as a volunteer or submit a form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting a registration does not create any guarantee of a volunteer role or relationship.
